ORIGINAL ITALIAN: Bursting with flavor, Johnny's original sausage recipe is a special blend of pork, beef, whole fennel seed and authentic Italian spices.

SPICY ITALIAN:  A bit of heat has been added to Johnny's original recipe producing a sausage that is spicier and tailor made for a bolder palate.

SWEET ITALIAN:  Ground fennel replaces the whole seed in this recipe producing a sausage that has a milder flavor and more consitent texture.
